An executive leadership coach with more than 25 years of experience across consulting, management, and professional services, Vanessa partners with high-achieving leaders and organizations to build stronger cultures, deepen self-awareness, and translate outward success into genuine fulfillment and impact.

Vanessa began her career as a professional services leader in the software industry before moving into diversity and inclusion leadership at Pantone, Esko, and X-Rite, operating companies within Danaher Corporation. Most recently, she served as Director of Leadership Development and Coaching at BTS, where she designed and facilitated leadership programs for organizations in biopharma, healthcare, technology, and the nonprofit sector. Her work there included an award-winning program that strengthened enterprise-level decision-making, influence, and communication for leaders in critical biopharma roles.

Vanessa believes real leadership growth happens when people reconnect with who they are beneath the roles they perform. She creates a grounded, candid space where leaders can step back from the pressure to perform, examine the patterns shaping their choices, and regain the clarity to lead on their own terms. Her approach blends practical business acumen with whole-person coaching, helping clients move from the performance of success to the substance of it.

Vanessa holds an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BS, both from DePaul University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Vanessa is the author of Falling Together: A Tale of Believing in Your Own Magic and the founder of Lights On Consulting, where she coaches high-achieving women through her signature program, The Reclamation. She lives in Montverde, Florida.
